Dr. Pranab Kumar Sahana

Dr. Pranab Kumar Sahana is a reputed Consultant Endocrinologist & Diabetologist based in Kolkata. He currently serves as Associate Professor and post-doctoral teacher at NRS Medical College & Hospital. He can also be consulted at Peerless Hospital's City Diagnostic Centre on Chittaranjan Avenue.    

Dr. Sahana completed his MBBS from Calcutta Medical College in 1996. He then went on to obtain the postgraduate MD degree in Medicine (2003) and DM (Endocrinology) superspeciality degree (2007) from IPGME&R, Kolkata. He obtained the First Rank at the DM entrance examination of 2004, held by WBUHS.  

Dr. Sahana is involved in conducting research in his area of expertise and has several publications in the field of Endocrinology. He has a special interest in the areas of Thyroidology and Paediatric Endocrinology.
